Ruby knew basic stitching and was taking orders but it was very limited due to quality of work. Her husband is a daily wage labour. His earning is not regular. In such situation she is supporting her husband to meet their basic needs and education of their daughter

Silai School Training program boosted her confidence and improved her quality of work. She has been running her Silai School since August 2015, On an average she has 15 students regular at her Silai School, She is now able to earn on an average Rs. 6000 per month, She expresses her gratitude to Usha Silai School Program as it gives her satisfaction to train some employable skills to economically weaker section of the society
