Displaying Usha Silai School signage has given Seema Rani a new identity

In 2010, Seema’s husband left his work and ventured into a business which never took off, all their savings got exhausted, and they were struggling for two times a meal, Meanwhile her younger son got pneumonia, their financial condition became worse.
During this tough time, she got to know about Usha Silai School Program from Zila Yuva Vikas Sangathan (ZYVS) -NGO Partner and soon she became part of the 7 days residential training on sewing and stitching and then there was no looking back, post completion of her training she opened her Silai school and within the 1st month 4 learners enrolled her school, till date she has completed training of over 30 learners which is an achievement in itself.

She has now been trained as a master trainer, she now conducts training across Silai schools inside and outside Haryana, and her achievements have been published in local newspapers describing how she has become a role model to other women of her village.
